The UofL Hospital Hep C Center is an ambulatory/outpatient specialty clinic addressing the needs of people living with hepatitis C infection. Services include HCV, HBV, HIV diagnosis and treatment, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, Fibroscan, immunizations, STI testing, and more.

This multidisciplinary clinic is made up of 3 APRNs and a clinical pharmacist. The APRN-led clinic has precepted countless APRN students, nursing students, as well as medical residents and fellows. Preceptees will learn more about viral hepatitis, syndemics, substance use disorder, liver disease, community health, public health, and population health.

Open to mentor any new RN who is seeking information in critical care/trauma!

I have a MSN degree and CNS certification, I cannot precept for NP degrees.

Family Practice seeing primarily adults in the office with some children, we also see patients in their homes usually being the elderly who have problems getting out and to the office

This is an APRN owned practice, you will initially start out with me in the room with the patient and as your comfort level builds you will do the initial evaluation, diagnose, and recommend changes or referrals to specialties. You will also educate the patients on medications, obesity, and other disease processes they may be dealing with. I expect you to be prepared to learn, engaged, to push yourself. I will do my best to make sure that when you leave you feel comfortable taking care of your own patients.

Williamson Health and Wellness Center- Family Nurse Practitioner. Primary care and Medication Assisted Treatment for substance abuse disorder

Primary care of adults, women's health with pap smears, MAT program trearing substance abuse disorder. I work out of Williamson and Gilbert, WV locations for WilliamsonHealthandWellnessCenter.

Nursing Professional Practice, Education, and Research

Primary practice area's include Critical Care and Medical-Surgical. Preceptorship can include exposure to quality improvement, EBP implementation, leadership and organizational governance, technology integration, and didactic teaching. I am open to students focusing on areas they wish to strengthen or gain exposure too.
